We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing, including a pool area where we were able to relax and unwind. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had lots of options to choose from including western and Chinese food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially those at the door who helped us get a taxi whenever we needed one. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station, restaurant where breakfast is served, underground mall, and other places that we could easily reach by taxi or train.

The room was spacious and modern with a great city view. the convenient location, opposite the railway station, made travel to nearby places easy. the buffet breakfast spread was good with a variety of food.

Some difficulty in finding the lobby due to many shops on the first floor. Guests were required to purchase a swimming cap for use in the outdoor pool rather than borrowing it for free.

The staff was friendly and helpful, great location, good breakfast choices, comfortable bed, impressive service and honesty, new and clean rooms.

The hotel boasts a great location with easy access to the underground mall, other places by taxi or train, and the railway station. the nearby restaurants offer delicious options. the rooms are comfortable, clean, and come with pleasing toiletries in the bathroom. the included breakfast has an amazing variety of tasty choices. the hotel offers excellent facilities and advantageous room amenities such as quietness, complimentary fruits, and a big box of tissues.

The hotel could improve on customer service at the concierge desk, which one guest found to be unhelpful and arrogant.

The breakfast offered loads of food choices, including of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel's location is also convenient as it was just a quick walk away from the train station and a shopping mall, which made it easy to explore the city. the hotel had a clean, modern vibe that made the stay comfortable.

The customer service left much to be desired. Several staff members seemed indifferent and did not provide any helpful directions or recommendations.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious. the exclusive amenities were top-notch, including the beauty treatment and open-air bath. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were phenomenal, and the service was amazing.

While the staff at the hotel was friendly and welcoming, the lack of English spoken by some of the staff members made it difficult to communicate effectively.

The pool and gym facilities at Longzhuda International were impressive. The gym had a wide range of equipment and the pilates room was a nice addition. The hotel's location, right beside the train station and Macau border gate, was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with great toiletries provided. The included breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and convenient location.
